Instructions

  1. Mix corn, butter, eggs, cornmeal, salt, pimiento, celery, sour cream, cheese, chilies, and cayenne pepper together in a large bowl. Pour into buttered 9” x 13” pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until brown and set.
