Mixed Baby Greens with Fennel, Oranges, and Caramelized Onions

In medium skillet, saute onion in butter on low heat until golden and caramelized, about 20 minutes.

Place greens, fennel, oranges, pecans, and feta cheese in a bowl. Toss gently.

Combine all ingredients for dressing in small bowl or container. Mix well. Drizzle most of dressing over greens. Toss gently. Top with caramelized onions. Drizzle remaining dressing as needed. Place pansy garnished on top of salad.
