Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca

Heat oil in large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add crushed tomatoes, chopped tomatoes, Kalamata olives, anchovies, capers, oregano, basil and red pepper flakes. Simmer over medium low heat until thickened, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. Season with salt if needed. While sauce is cooking, heat water and cook spaghetti al dente. Drain pasta and serve sauce over top. Sprinkle cheese on top.
