Shrimp Pasta
Instructions

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sauté shrimp for 2–3 minutes until firm and opaque; remove and set aside.

Add tomatoes and mushrooms to skillet; sauté 5 minutes.

Stir in basil, salt, and pepper.

Add cream and simmer until sauce reduces by about one-third, 5–7 minutes.

Stir in Parmesan cheese, reduce heat to low, and return shrimp to sauce. Heat gently for 1–2 minutes.

Toss sauce with warm pasta and serve immediately.
