Easy Baked Pork Tenderloin

Mix all dry rub ingredients in small bowl. Pat tenderloins dry. Cover tenderloins with spice rub – can do right before baking or a couple of hours (refrigerator if over 45 minutes).

Place the tenderloins in a baking dish and top with butter pats. Bake, uncovered, for about 25 minutes or until pork has reached 145 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest of 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Slice into medallions, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
