Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Combine eggs, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, and Tabasco sauce in large bowl and mix until thoroughly blended and smooth. Stir in crabmeat. Saute mushrooms and shallots in butter until soft and add to crab egg mixture.

  3. Pour into ungreased 10-inch pie plate or quiche pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
