Valentine Favorite Hot Fudge Sauce

Melt the chocolate in a small bowl, stirring every 30-60 seconds, in the microwave. When melted, whisk in the cocoa until dissolve, set aside.

Place the sugar, corn syrup, cream, salt and water in a medium saucepan. Warm over low heat, without stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Increase the heat to medium-high; simmer the mixture, stirring frequently, about 4 minutes.

Turn off the heat and whisk in the butter and vanilla. Cool the mixture slightly, about 2 minutes, then whisk in the melted chocolate. Serve warm over delicious ice cream.
