Pumpkin Pie

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Beat eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Stir in pumpkin, spices, and salt; mix thoroughly. Stir in cream and half-n-half.

Place piecrust in 9-inch pie tin. Pour in filling.

Bake at 450 degrees F for 8 minutes, then reduce heat to 325 degrees F and bake for another 40-45 minutes or until filling is just set.

Let cool and serve with freshly whipped cream.
