Plum cake
Instructions

Sift together first 4 dry ingredients.

Break egg into measuring cup and beat slightly. Add enough milk to the 1 cup line.

Add egg/milk mixture with oil to dry ingredients. Mix well.

Put batter into lightly greased 13x9 inch pan. Layer fruit in rows, sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Yummy served warm with ice cream.
