Instructions

  1. Sift together first 4 dry ingredients.

  2. Break egg into measuring cup and beat slightly. Add enough milk to the 1 cup line.

  3. Add egg/milk mixture with oil to dry ingredients. Mix well.

  4. Put batter into lightly greased 13x9 inch pan. Layer fruit in rows, sprinkle with sugar.

  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Yummy served warm with ice cream.
