Instructions

  1. In large bowl, place walnuts, butter, and chocolate chips.

  2. In saucepan, place sugar, marshmallows and milk. Heat, stirring, until mixture starts to boil. Cook, stirring constantly, for 6 minutes. Pour over chocolate mixture and let chocolate and butter melt. Stir well, add vanilla, and pour into lightly buttered square pan to harden. Let cool and cut into squares.
