Maple Walnut Fondue
Instructions

In a double boiler, heat white chocolate and cream on low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and creamy. (White chocolate can easily burn.)

Add maple syrup, maple extract, and spices. Stir in walnuts, transfer to fondue pot and keep warm over low heat.

Serve with gingersnap cookies, cubed gingerbread, apples, pears, etc.
