Instructions

  1. Place cream, corn syrup and sugar in medium saucepan and bring to boil over high heat.

  2. Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla and chocolate, stirring until smooth.

  3. Refrigerate until just cool and whip to desired consistency.

  4. Frost cupcakes.

  5. Top each cupcake with non-pareil chocolate candy and non-pareil white sprinkles.
