Sourdough Pizza Crust
Instructions

Feed your starter in the morning. Begin making recipe as written below at noon.

Mix all together by hand or in mixer and knead for 5-10 min. It's forgiving here. Add flour as needed to make it workable.

Place in a bowl and cover. Place in a warm spot and let rise for 4-5 hours.

Deflate and let rise another hour or begin making pizzas!

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Pull off 1/4 of the dough and roll out using extra flour on top of parchment paper.

Top with sauce, cheese, and desired toppings.

Place in the oven on a bread stone if you have it/cookie sheet if you don't.

About 5-10 minutes in, use a spatula to lift edge of the crust and pull parchment out from under the half baked dough.

Finish baking another 5-10 min. until crust is golden and toppings melted and crisped.
