Popovers (Regular or Gluten-free)
Instructions

Place all ingredients except butter in a blender. Blend until well mixed. Add butter and blend a few seconds. Place in well oiled popover pan.

If baking in steam oven, bake at Convection Steam setting 425 degrees F for 20 minutes, then reduce to 325 degrees for 12 minutes.

If baking in regular oven, bake at 450 degrees F for 20 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 10-15 minutes more.

After removing from oven, immediately take out of the pan. Place a small slit in bottom or popovers to release steam to prevent them from collapsing. Serve immediately with good butter, jam, or honey.
