Cherries and Cream Scones

Let dough rest 2 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Transfer dough onto lightly floured surface. Sprinkle with 2-3 tablespoons flour. Gently roll dough into a round, about ¾ - 1 inch thick. Using a 3” heart shaped cookie cutter, cut out scones and place on ungreased baking sheets about 2” apart. Bake until pale golden, about 15 minutes. Serve warm with freshly whipped cream and raspberry jam (homemade raspberry freezer jam is best).
