Sausage-Filled Mushrooms

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean mushrooms by dry brushing – do not submerge in water. Create mushroom caps by removing stem and fibers.

Saute sausage, broken into small pieces, until almost cooked through. Add garlic and finish cooking. Stir in cream cheese until well combined. Fill mushroom caps with sausage mixture and bake for ~20-25 minutes. As soon as you remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place on platter and garnish with parsley.
