Hummus with Tahini

Put ½ the lemon juice and all ingredients into the blender except the chickpeas, parsley and olive oil to garnish. Blend for 5-8 seconds. Add the chickpeas and blend on high until it reaches a smooth consistency, about 15 seconds. Blend in remaining lemon juice to taste. If it is too thick, add more water or lemon juice until desired consistency. Transfer to bowl, cover and refrigerate a few hours for flavors to meld. To serve, place in serving bowl, drizzle lightly with olive oil and garnish with parsley.
