Ingredients
4 ripe, yummy Hass avocados
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small tomato, seeded and diced finely
1 tsp. good quality salt (Maldon is my preference)
Dash of cayenne pepper
¼ tsp. fresh ground pepper
Juice from one lime or more to taste
¼ cup chopped red onions or green onions, optional
Finely diced jalapeno, optional
Roasted green peppers, optional
Hot sauce, optional
Pico de gallo or salsa, optional
Crumbled cotija cheese, optional
Sour cream, optional
Instructions

Place peeled and halved avocados in bowl. Smash with pastry blender or fork. Stir in remaining ingredients. Taste and adjust seasonings and heat as desired.
Notes & Tips
Have fun with this recipe! Make it your own. Good quality salt (or can use good quality garlic salt) is a must!
