Greek Dip
Instructions

Place all ingredients in food processor. Blend well. Drizzle in olive oil while on low speed to make spreading consistency. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for flavors to marry. Best if served at room temperature.

Serve with pita chips, pita bread wedges, veggies, or for a topping with Greek chicken sandwiches.

Optional – Add ¼ cup sundried tomatoes packed in oil to above ingredients. Gives a rosy glow to color of dip.
