Brie Wrapped in Puff Pastry
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix egg and water and set aside.

Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface.

Roll into a 14- inch square. Cut off the corners to make a circle.

Sprinkle parsley and/or other toppings on the top of the Brie cheese round before placing in center of puff pastry.

Brush egg mixture on edges of the circle.

Fold the sides over the Brie round to make a circle. Place seam side down on baking sheet.

Decorate top with pastry scraps If desired. Brush with egg mixture.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden.

Let stand for 15 minutes. Serve with crackers.
